At Q4Clean, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may request a return or refund under the following conditions.
Products can be returned within 5 days from the date of delivery.
Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging with all labels intact.
Products that are damaged due to misuse, negligence, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection of the refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
Shipping or delivery charges are non-refundable.
If free shipping was provided on the order, the standard delivery cost incurred by us will be deducted from the refund amount.
Used or opened cleaning liquids and hygiene products.
Customized or special-order items.
Products purchased during clearance or special sale offers.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund without additional charges.
