At Q4Clean, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may request a return or refund under the following conditions.

Returns

  • Products can be returned within 5 days from the date of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging with all labels intact.

  • Products that are damaged due to misuse, negligence, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.

Refunds

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection of the refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

Shipping & Delivery Charges

  • Shipping or delivery charges are non-refundable.

  • If free shipping was provided on the order, the standard delivery cost incurred by us will be deducted from the refund amount.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or opened cleaning liquids and hygiene products.

  • Customized or special-order items.

  • Products purchased during clearance or special sale offers.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund without additional charges.
